Tecweigh Control Gates provide flow control of aggregate materials ranging from sand to 6” rock for load-out and blending applications. Control gates feature heavy duty galvanized steel construction and permanently lubricated motor, gearbox and bushings. A precision position sensor monitors open/closed percentage, and flow switch determines flow/no flow conditions. An open/close limit switch is also provided for end of travel control. The optional CG20 Controller is available for individual gate control or in a master/slave arrangement. In a master/slave arrangement the master is capable of controlling up to fifteen slaves and is capable of storing up to sixteen different “recipe” combinations. The control gates are available without controls for plants controlled by a PLC.
