Warranty Policy:
    Tecnetics warrants Equipment of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship if properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions with competent personnel and supervision, but not resulting from ordinary wear, corrosion, or erosion. The warranty period which applies to Tecnetics products is as follows:
    Conveyor belt scales
    Weight processors
    Speed sensors
    Load cells
    Weigh belt feeders
    Volumetric feeders

    During the warranty period, any defect will be repaired or replaced without charge providing the equipment is returned pre-paid and undamaged to Tecnetics factory. When on site repair or replacement is required, a Tecnetics authorized distributor or technician can be hired to diagnose and make necessary repairs.

    Warranty Procedure:
    Prior to the return of product under warranty, a written Return Authorization (RA) is required to be issued by Tecnetics. Upon receipt of customer's purchase order, replacement parts will be shipped out under a Memo Invoice (MI). The original defective product must be returned to Tecnetics plant within 30 days of receipt of replacement parts, or the Memo Invoice (MI) becomes a valid invoice. If original product is returned within 30 days, the MI invoice will be credited.

    Non-Warranty Returns:
    Non-warranty returns, also, require a Return Authorization to be issued prior to return of product, and must be returned within 30 days of original shipment. Returns due to Tecnetics order processing errors may be without any handling charges. Non-warranty returns for other reasons, beyond Tecnetics control, are subject to re-stocking charges (25% minimum).
