The adjustable opening of the Tecweigh Control Gate provides flow control of aggregate materials ranging from sand to 6” material, making it ideal for load-out, batching, and blending applications.

Tecweigh Control Gates feature heavy-duty galvanized steel construction and a permanently lubricated motor, gearbox, and bushings. Replaceable, abrasion-resistant wear liner plates can be supplied for even longer gate life. For extremely corrosive environments, stainless steel construction is available.

A precision position sensor monitors open/closed percentage, and a flow switch signals flow/no flow conditions. An open/close limit switch is provided for end-of-travel control. The control gate’s position sensor, flow switch, and open/close limit switch are designed to be tied in directly to the plant PLC.
