Depending on your process requirements, the Tecweigh line of frames includes an integral hoist, as well as forklift-loaded models.  Much like the agitation systems employed in the Flex Feed Feeders, the simple yet effective mechanical agitator gently massages the bottom of the bag to eliminate any bridging issues and promote flow from the bag.  The mechanical agitation eliminates the need for any additional utilities to operate the system, and all of the controls are electric.

Bag frames are available as stand-alone systems designed to simply discharge a bag, or they can employ one of our Volumetric or Gravimetric Feeders for controlled rate discharging of your materials.  All frames can be customized to meet your specific application requirements, including special coatings, discharge heights, access hoppers for dust-free discharging, stainless steel construction, or for hazardous-rated areas.  These frames are also designed to allow for total breakdown, so the unit can be transferred to areas that could otherwise require a crane or building modification for installation.
