Accountability: Reports to the Controller. Exempt.
Scope of Responsibilities: The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations. This team member would focus on improving company-wide efficiency and identifying indicators that are abnormal and out of range from management expectations. The Senior Accountant is also expected to provide assistance in reconciling and preparing monthly financial statements. This position backs up the controller in financial matters, including treasury, internal controls, and financial and tax reporting.
Specific Duties:
Assists in the preparation and monitoring of the strategic plan, including the financing plan and long-term capital plan for the Company.
In conjunction with the controller, leads the continual implementation of and compliance with efficient and effective business processes, accounting systems, information systems and internal controls that provide for an appropriate level of business controls and efficient operations
Involved in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Cost accounting analysis for product profitability analysis, pricing decisions and make or buy decisions.
Assist in annual planning and outside audit.
Work with department managers on their annual budgets and prepare annual departmental budget packs.
Create and review operational reports to better understand costs.
Prepare weekly flash report which is an update of key financial metrics.
Assist Controller where necessary.
Provide back-up support to Staff Accountant, A/R and A/P departments as needed.
Keep SOP's up to date.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or business.
5+ years manufacturing accounting experience .
Job costing and standard cost experience.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized, with the ability to work independently.
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Intermediate/Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
Financial modeling and analysis knowledge and experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Strong Excel skills in Power Query, Macros, and Financial Dashboards.
CPA and/or CMA a plus.
Experience with M1 ERP system.
In office work environment, Exempt, hours Monday through Friday with an average minimum of 40-hours per work week. Schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.

Accountability:
Reports to Production Control Manager. Non-exempt.
Scope of Responsibilities:
An Inventory and Production Specialist is responsible for managing the flow of products through receiving of raw materials and components, maintaining a constant work-in-process level and fulfills orders. Attention to detail is crucial for inventory accuracy. This role is physically demanding, fast paced and requires you to be able to multitask. You should be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Receive, store, and stage raw materials, components, and finished products.
Conduct regular physical cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory is accurate.
Unload, unpack, and verify the contents of incoming deliveries, comparing them with purchase orders and packing lists.
Inspect all received goods for damage, ensuring they meet quality standards before accepting them.
Accurately record, track, and update inventory in the company’s database after receiving items.
Place incoming items in designated storage areas, maintain organized bins, and use pallet jacks and forklift to move goods.
Process and file all necessary paperwork, such as packing slips in a timely manner.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
Communicating with purchasing regarding delays or problems.
Production Support:
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals.
Pull necessary materials needed by being able to read the traveler and staging the parts in designated areas.
Manage all parts orders by pulling all parts and/or completing all finished travelers.
Monitor the parts orders staging area to be sure orders are fulfilled on time.
Accurately record, track and update inventory in the company’s database by means of material issues and/or manufactures receipts.
Assist with light assembly work.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs. (M1 preferred)
Math skills.
Previous warehouse experience in manufacturing.
High school diploma/GED.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
Forklift certified a plus.
Ability to lift to 75 pounds.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in time management.
Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
Proficient with ERP systems (M1 preferred).
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and remain flexible.
Good physical condition to lift and move heavy items.
In office work environment, non-exempt, hours Monday through Thursday 7am - 4pm and Friday 7am - 11am with an average of 40-hours per work week. Schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.

Accountability:
Reports to the Field Service Manager. Exempt.
Scope of Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to provide phone and in person technical support to our customers to resolve issues to resolution. Routine travel to customer sites for repairs and installations will be required to better assist our customers as well as providing phone support while located in our White Bear Lake office.
Our ideal candidate is mechanically and electrically minded, enjoys finding solutions to problems and has a strong desire to learn and grow within an organization.
Specific Duties:
· Travel to customer site for service trouble shooting, repair, installation supervision, calibration, or commissioning.
· Most trips are 2-3 days on site. Up to 25 trips annually (50% travel).
· Initiate spare parts sales contact.
· Assist in training customer/representative during service visits on product specifications.
· Initiate sales contact for spare/replacement parts when needed.
· In office, daily contact with various customers to assess their needs; offering technical phone support and troubleshooting to minimize down time.
· Assistance on shop floor repairing equipment, inspecting items for quality control, Return Material Authorization (RMA), restocking returned parts and assist in filling orders.
· Follow service procedures, policies and standards in all areas including service trips, repairs, installations, and phone support.
· Document and perform material and/or equipment lab test procedures.
· Assist in Research and Development of new and existing product line.
· Analyze and report service and quality issues to the Service Manager.
· Follow industry best practices for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
· Technical or Vocational certificate or equivalent.
· Up to 50% travel availability (all travel will be reimbursed and daily per-diem allocated when necessary).
· Valid Driver License (ability to rent a vehicle).
· Ability to work under pressure and solve problems using critical thinking.
· Have a strong work ethic.
· Personable and willing to communicate with customers in a positive and professional manner.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. when necessary.
· Ability to travel internationally.
· No felony record.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
· Personable and outgoing candidate eager to learn.
· Technically minded person who enjoys solving problems.
· Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision (self-starter).
· Knowledge of PLC’s, motor controls and networking.
· Strong electrical skills.

- Bulk Material Handling or Industrial Scale Equipment experience.
- Multimeter Experience.
- Experience with scales or screw feeders.
